Cycled to Lugnagroagh & did a couple of the rejuvenated trails. Leftmost trail short and very steep, rightmost trail lovely.

Fair Mt & Glanakeera. Thought orienteering would tempt me to strain the calf again so went for a gentle trip up Fair Mt, which turned into a very enjoyable easy run up to Turlough and down the valley passing stressed orienteers. Could have gone further as the timing turned out. So nice to be able to do this much even if I can't run fast.
