Evening steady with the Fellbaum

Planning a nice loop of Tatton but got there to find the gates locked. Ended up doing a loop of (mainly road) round the edge. Very grim weather, not the right shoes and way too much road but a great run out with good chat. Need some more of these please Tom

Right calf and quad sore on the last extended road section in, hoping it’s the ‘wrong shoes for road situation’ and passes
