WC 1 Finland Sprint Quali - 81st

As hard as I could run and as clean as I could make it.

Looking back I made 1 poor route (saveable) and 2 wrong route choices that I didn't even see an alternative for.

Physically I felt good and felt like I was moving but struggled to keep that cadence round the corners. Pretty happy with that performance.

Much nicer/ smoother today. Getting my head up and just cruising through them. Good nav feeling and feeling good.

Started very well, enjoying the open hill tops. Struggled with direction out of the flat green areas.

Actually really enjoyed this and felt good and quick running. No quick accelerations or turns but got the legs moving well and was enjoying the navigation again. A couple of mistakes and hesitations but pretty solid throughout
