Harvester - leg 2, B course

A bit of a faff to begin, stumbling around in bracken within the circle but could not see the control.

Pretty smooth after that until I got in the green where my direction was pretty poor.

Went for a quick blast up Loughrigg from Ambleside, dropped off the back to stand in Grasmere and then pushed hard back to the top.

Feeling surprisingly good and strong on the climbs, ran all of it bar a few steps up rockier sections.

L Achilles still a bit weird/ weak/ painful on the down. Fine on the up

Difficult after last night but can feel the benefit. L ankle/ Achilles still not feeling amazing but the feeling seems to shift around

2 sets of 5x 600 (60) with 4mins between.

A great group down but still windy with one sharp corner. A good group of 4 of us at the front. Every time I sat in, pushed but not too hard, worked in the middle third to get to the front and then smash the last 150.

Got some shit chat off a pretty boy ironman who thought he was all that. Let my legs make him cry by dicking on him every rep. Waited to half way. Let him try and surge but then I would smash it away in the last section.

Really good session in hanging in. I worked hard and very happy with the consistent times.

Feeling good so pushing the pace at times but built in lots of easy running to make sure it wasn't too hard a session
