Felt pretty tired and sluggish after another 10+ hour day on site. Very hot again.

Was thinking about doing hills and legs picked up after about 4ks so went for it.

Hills - 8x 1:30 min (1min steep, 30 flat)

About 40m climb each rep. Quite steep so driving into the red by the top and then hanging on for the 30 sprint in lactate at the top.

Very even each rep and moving alright.

Tried to work on the down as well, keeping the rest at 1:30min also

Felt very tired and rubbish for the first 5k. Long hot day on site taking its toll.

Picked up and moving okay on the return though.

Loop round Bushy Lease.

Feeling good so gave it a few efforts in the forest and on the hills. Enjoying it so decided to hit some hills. A couple up from Jubilee, 5x 30sec sprint reps up the steepest road in Alton immediately followed by a long steady hill up Brick Kiln Lane.
