Scottish Champs Relay

Got sent out in 2nd by Shminty; insta-dropped by Sasha and went though Eddie at 1, then spent the rest of the race on my own. One big mistake and a few smaller ones. Never felt comfortable, didn't feel like I was orienteering much. Unsuprisingly, came back a few mins down on Sasha, with EUOC 2 not far behind, but Jamie put some time into Tam for a safe 2nd.

Same loop as Monday, just a wee bit slower but a much better HR profile. Some sort of plague seems to have hatched from Hunter's Bog.
