Running 29:21 3.4 km (8:38 / km) +38m 8:11 / km
Took a lot of persuading from mum for me to actually run today. Decided the chase is absolutely empty so I can still run without bumping into anyone.
Note to self: don't park in Brocton Coppice in the dark. Got followed in by a man in a car who parked next to us and stared in for a good few minutes reluctant to leave (definitely looking for fun - grim). Once he disappeared we ran and came back to see we had been practically blocked in by another car. So we did an extra loop whilst devising our plan of action. Managed to manoeuvre a pretty nice escape in the end although we reckon the lads in the car were only there for drugs and hadn't mistaken Broc Cop for Anson's Bank.
School has a case so I have to isolate for two weeks :/
Running 59:10 7.2 km (8:13 / km) +50m 7:57 / km
Tough going. Very sore on the hips. Hated every minute of it. Ew.
Running warm up/down 12:28 1.7 km (7:20 / km) +40m 6:34 / km
Running intervals 17:02 2.68 km (6:21 / km) +34m 5:59 / km
3 x 3 (2) around the lakes
Had no clue what pace I was running at
Paces: 5:32, 17, 23
All had different amounts of climb. Legs felt good but was struggling to get the HR down between reps. Attempted a 4th rep but bailed after 2 mins.
Running warm up/down 12:25 1.7 km (7:18 / km) +12m 7:03 / km
Running 42:44 5.0 km (8:33 / km) +12m 8:27 / km
Flat one around Chasewater.
Finding the slow running tough on the hips and knees. Keeping the HR low is getting easier however.
