Good longish run out to Parc de St Cloud where i searched out a couple of good hills. Tried to keep the pace up on the way back. Knees sore towards the end. Good solid run.

Lovely day for a mountain bike ride up into the Parc de St Cloud, searching out as many hills as possible. Really enjoyed this ride - sunny day, around 16 deg, luxuriant foliage on the trees because it has been such a wet winter and spring, lots of people out running (and for some reason, an amazing number of good looking young women seemed to be out running), and the riding felt easy. Even a puncture after just 10 minutes of riding didn't dampen the spirits (failed to fully lift up the rear wheel when jumping up a high kerb and suffered a great snake-bite puncture). Was extra pleased to have gone out in the morning when it started to piddle down in the afternoon!

Running 40:30 [3] 8.2 km (4:56 / km)

Quickish run around the Bois with a new starter in the office. Andrew is over here from Oz and is pretty quick. Managed to convince him to slow down for this run, but still solid for me.
