First Gaisberg climb with my new bike... didnt really know how different two mountain bikes can feel but apparently there are huge differences... my new bike seems to be a good climbing machine but cant be controlled that easily when it comes to going downhill... anyway, I really enjoyed today's bike ride and am looking forward to many more to come soon

As yesterday, I didn't push for speed but tried to add 2 fast kilometers towards the end... felt okay

Since our school's first triathlon competition will take place next week, I figured some training can't hurt... so I went for a nice and easy jog to Elsbethen and tried to do 2 fast kilometers at the end so as to simulate a race situation... felt awful
