Zzz. Happily I only cross two roads between home and work in *Kumpula*, so I can sleep the whole way :)

To work and back. On the way home again changed address at Posti, then to Prisma to buy cleaning stuff. And food.
Woke up at 4 with a snort. Got another few hours sleep after, should in theory be enough, but a bit on the tired side today. Bought some additional (non-steroidal) spray, in case that helps. Also going to cut down on the lactose-rich products, just in case.
Sometimes I feel like a kid in a marshmallow experiment.

In theory I caught up on sleep last night and this morning. Was feeling not fantastic yesterday evening, so hopefully sorted that out. Still need a bit more sleep.
