Behind The Rocks 50k. Almost perfect conditions - cloudy with some breeze and not too warm. Generally a good run although I could have done better with more training. The first half was mostly downhill which meant the second half was uphill - not too steep but the hills (especially miles 20-24) were long. Very sandy trails in places - the sand got in my shoes and gave me a blister on my right foot (which I didn't notice until after I took my shoes off). Very technical trail around the turnaround (which I'd also been on in the half marathon - 4.5 years ago).
