DND-DE Loop from Snogo Club. Sluggish to start on a very humid day, but felt pretty good once I got going with some steady sections.

Sandpit-Cat. Nice run with Sara, then ran Cat Trail home. Hot and Humid, but felt pretty good. A couple of days of recovery were needed for energy and some nigglies.
Plus, a little cross training by cutting our grass track/trail. Perfect for a little barefoot now.

Sandpit-CB. Same as yesterday. Felt pretty good. Much more energy and less stiff. beautiful day for running. Left ankle a bit stiff but achilles pretty good.
