Paudyn Loop-B&H-Cat Tr. Easy to steady. Ran to pick up Brennan and Heather, then they biked home with me. Nice run. Beautiful day out. Funny, I noticed my LEFT ITB a little tight. I've noticed that from all the rehab I've been doing, and even trying to do equal amounts on both legs, but right is now stronger. Today may have been from doing a little more road than I'm used to.

Lemoines. Hadn't been to Lemoines in a while, so nice to get back there. Was welcomed back by a Chicadee sitting on my shoulder when I stopped about 10mins in to take a rock out of my shoe. Great run. Had planned to do uphill treadmill workout, but it was just too damn nice outside. Legs felt great.
* I am officially changing the 'injury' indicator from attackpoint after 158 days to recovered. Drumroll please!........done!

Paudyn Tr. Legs a little tired from yesterday. Loosened up though and felt better by the end.
* Starting back taking Multi Vit and FE.....in addition to Udos Oil which I've been using for a few months now.

Frontenac Park. Big Salmon Loop. Great run. Tough conditions. Lots of snow, mud, ice and water. Amazed the amount of snow and ended up post-holing through some really deep stuff. Footing good until Campsite #4, then unbroken with quite a bit of snow until Little Clear Lake. Had to go pretty slow in places, especially downhills. Really nice to get out there though and felt pretty good. Started getting a bit tired after 2:30. Hobnails were a necessity, and would have been crazy dangerous without them.
Only Adventure Racers and Ultra Runners were apparently allowed in the park today. Surprised to bump into Andrew Cameron, James Galipeau and Andrew's girlfriend Kim who were down from Ottawa and had camped at #4 (nasty night). Stopped to chat for a few minutes. Also, just as I was finishing up, Heather McNie and Grant were finishing their run. The only other notable creature was a very sleepy porcupine who looked like he had just woken up and was just standing in the middle of the trail. Funny, he was only about 5 feet from me, but didn't seem too concerned. We talked for a moment, but I think I was boring him, so I continued on my way.
