Run 50:27 [3] 8.82 km (5:43 / km) +53m 5:33 / km
ahr:150 max:164 shoes: Hoka One One Stinsen Evo's

Took Zara for a trail run after dropping AJ at school for an early start. Lovely crisp morning. Legs had no spring in them but haven't been sore after the weekends runs so happy about that.

Strength/Core 20:00 [1]

Tired and lackluster core set.

Sunday May 19 #

Run 1:39:39 [3] 17.01 km (5:51 / km) +96m 5:42 / km
ahr:150 max:165 shoes: Hoka One One Stinsen Evo's

Joined Dolf for his 15km run that was 17km. Legs were already a bit tired from yesterday and this was the first time I have run consecutive days for ages and never this far. Struggled the first 1km and last 5 but the in between wasn't too bad. Hard when your running at a 84% ish HR and Dolf is happily going along at 75%. Dolf looking very good for 2 weeks time.

Forgot to tape my foot again so that made the last 5km a bit of a struggle too.

Other (Tennis) 1:20:00 [3]

Got home, had a quick kick of the footy with LJ then grabbed my gear and drove to meet my brother-in-law for a couple of sets of tennis, Iced my foot on the way there and taped it when i got there. Pretty cruisey tennis and won 6-2 6-4.

Got home and actually drove the boys to the park around the corner to kick the footy with them for half an hour.

Legs very tired and twitchy now.

Run 56:49 [3] 10.22 km (5:34 / km) +60m 5:24 / km

Another 80% rule run, on the foot path tonight. Felt pretty easy after the first few minutes. Hoping to back up tomorrow now.

Bike 30:59 [3] 13.4 km (2:19 / km) +141m 2:12 / km
shoes: Trek Road Bike

Drop of my car in Osborne Park and rode home. Had a guy deliberately turn turn across infront of me on Hutton and then wind his window down and abuse me for not riding on the path. Pretty sure there is no path on Hutton even is he was right, which he wasn't.

Strength/Core 25:00 [3]

Morning core curcuit

Run 1:06:02 [3] 11.0 km (6:00 / km) +103m 5:44 / km
ahr:147 max:166 shoes: Hoka One One Stinsen Evo's

Nice evening run on the single track with Dolf and MattJ. Dolf's run was almost done when he laughed so hard he nearly passed out as a result of my face plant about 1km into it. Good Fun.
