Run (Belair) 1:10:00 [3]
Run from Tyson's place to Belair to meet the crew, then around the usual loop to the west, along the north of the park, over the railway line and down the steps, along the creek from Long Gully, back to the Golf Club and then run back to Tyson's. I felt really strong going up the hills and tried to imagine myself as a feather floating up effortlessly (never mind I was more like a wombat than a feather).
Unfortunately, I did something to my right hip and it was really sore afterwards. Hopefully it will go away before the trail run on Saturday - otherwise I may just have to sleep in instead!

Up over Goodwood Road to Uni and up to the back of the Science buildings. Then home again with an additional labcoat in my bag.

Let's play follow Troy up the stupid track. It was scratchy, and more of a scramble than a run for the length of the track, but there were lots of lizards and it was fun.
