Absolutely fabulous long run up Clachnaben and Mount Battock with Bex :) super warm and sunny, gorgeous views and lots of chat! Dying a bit at 2.5hrs I think mostly with the heat and legs complaining up the last hill!! So much fun though :) :) :)

This has been a great weekend :) thanks to all!

Muir of Dinnet relay training - interval starts then mass start :) did some of the last loop but brain switched off and hunger switched on so jogged back! Really fun :) lovely forest!

Mixed sprint relay (forest) legs 1 + 4 Glen Devan - got absolutely carried away! Raced off, mp'd twice on the first loop (openly followed Tessa to two of her short gaffles!) as forgot I had to actually read my map not just run.. remembered to read my map and descriptions on the second loop though.. so much fun to be racing :)

Slow pace round Cambus O May - made it into a control pick, nice end to the day :)

Beautiful day, good to be doing some orienteering :)

12x ~420m loops incl. uphill and downhill, recovery was partners rep.

Well matched so reps and recovery worked out to ~90s :) good session :)

Plus there and back, starting to feel more normal :)
