Third (and final) attempt. I think this is optimum. For some reason maprun wasn't picking up controls so well tonight.

Nice wander with Stanley. Through park where maprun starts then along the anniversary trail. It's pretty nice at this point, need to ride it.

Second attempt, with map. It felt easier as bit less steep and so a bit nicer. I was 3 min quicker and 500m shorter but when the mistake yesterday (extra 400m inc hill) and time spent looking at phone, prob not much in it.

Might have a final attempt as think there's a better route.

Maprun from sleep school. James forgot to print map so i just used phone, my map memory is rubbish and it's fair to say if I'd had contours i might have done the route differently!

The houses round here are ridiculous. The one for sale a few doors down is $6.2m.

Hagaby mass start not so easy with a baby, and grandparents have gone to the beach so Stanley and I stayed home this morning.

Had an ok amount of sleep last night, with a couple of wake ups. Left Stanley and James asleep and made it to parkrun. Given gatherings are limited to 50 outside it seems surprising this was allowed.

Felt like hard work.
