As soon as I get into the rocks I seem to lose the plot. Confused by flat rock being hilly, would know next time.

Decided I need to start some speed work.

Did pyramid 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 with equal recovery. Prob a bit much recovery for the middle ones but gotta start somewhere. Felt like I was running hard so guess that's a good thing.

Spent quite a lot of this run complaining that I felt like I was running hard but the pace on my Garmin didn't agree, but still seems like the fastest I've run the loop.

Calf ok after the excruciating dry needle incident this morning.

Came last in the quiz but between us won a bottle of wine and $25.

Question. Is it ok to look at the results of a Saturday Rogaine when you're doing it on the Sunday, or sensible?
