Bit of a test of the leg. It had been feeling pretty ok yesterday at sometimes not even hurting when I walked but it hurt as soon as I ran.
Ran with Anthony and Matt Knight who's down from Sydney. I think I might have nearly killed Matt (doing that boy thing of trying to keep near me when it's clearly above the pace he would normally run but not wanting to slow down). Ran off at the start to see how my leg felt at a normal pace (garmin reckoned it was fast but turned out it screwed up and prob about 5min/k). It didn't feel horrendous, but definitely not great. Kinda mixed up running a normal pace (5min/k) and going back for the guys. Didn't seem to make much difference.
Hopefully I haven't made it much worse but got stuff to feed back to physio at least.
Tried HRM again but still can't get it tight enough. I wasn't pushing heaps but I'd be surprised if my AHR was 122.

Turns out the outdoor pool shuts at 7.45 in winter so this was in the crappy too hot 25m indoor pool.

Did something! Worried about leg as was sore after walking yesterday and could feel when first got on bike. It seemed to ease though (or my legs were cold).
Didn't push it, just spinning, went a fair way though. Looks like they're finally constructing tte last bit of Mullum trail, still a fence there at the moment though.
Physio says no running or mtb'ing til Monday. If I wasn't feeling so sick I'd probably cry.
So, who's up for a road bike :(
