Fantastic forest-based training - from High Lodge Warren, mostly in the terrain adjacent to the tracks (Sarah cycling and Doglet trotting along doing her thing too). Good workout of thighs etc...

Early start to drive to Framlingham for a school review. Back mid afternoon but felt tired from two races so took it easy to recover.
