Usual 20 mins around the gym, followed by 10 mins on the step-machine, getting to the 48th floor :)

Getting smoother and faster - 5.21 and 5.09. Felt particularly good over the final 6 lengths.

Gorgeous joggy walk in 11C of rain and wind - up the track to the A14 and back via Heath Rd... avec le chien who had to put on the lead after racing around the fields after pheasants!
