Last minute survey trip with work in Arrochar hills Easy walking but still along day. Cracking weather and ticked off another munro (Ben Vane).

Run from Gargunnock up to Carleatheran and back. Ran through a film set on the way back. Apparently its some netflix production about Robert the Bruce

Stomach turned abit on the 4th and 5th 5min rep so felt much tougher than the previous 3 but legs were turning well. 400s were good but I ain't going to be the next Michael Johnson...
