3x long hill reps up Teggs Nose. Still feeling flemy and chesty but got it done. Was looking forward to this after deciding a few weeks ago this would be a good hill to rep. But on the warm up it was raining, windy and foggy and I thought about how hard it was going to be, but pleased I followed through!
It was a real lung buster as expected and probably the longest reps I've done.

Wasn't going to run but got too excited and changed my mind 2 hours before. Really fun race, I was suffering from the start but just ground it out with terrible running form, loud breathing and spluttering all over the place.
