Awesome long run with PB. Met at Ruston Spencer and ran over to the Roaches taking in forest section and Luds Church. Back over showing off the gorgeous secret forest path and back to the car for a shoe change for..

20min tempo on the old railway along Rudyard Lake. Surprisingly this felt really good and nice to pick the legs up after the slow running. Started a bit quick and faded but another good session.
