Finally measured my jog round JG/MC. Was fairly quick today as the sun when I started quickly became a rather cold downpour.

Took 5 minutes to get about 200m to number 1... but was better from there! Really nice forest, nice to do some orienteering. Basically compass work, some really satisfyingly accurate bearings.

Did a teensy bit of fartlek on the way back along the river. Not recovering so well. Rather unfit at the moment, but the beauty of that is that if I train I might actually see a noticeable improvement!

Serious DOMS from Squash yesterday, couldn't run properly at all to start with but loosened up as I went on. Still pretty sore!
