WHW, Carbeth, round Burncrooks, Carbeth, Rosies Rd and through Mugdock, Mugdock reservoirs, Dougalston and home. Glorious weather.
L toe still sore when walking.

Saturday Apr 20 #

Trail run 42:00 [3] 9.0 km (4:40 / km) +150m 4:18 / km

That didn't go according to plan. Intended a tour of Burncrooks from Edenmill. Got almost half way round then tripped and went gravel surfing :-( Made a mess of knees, hands and have a sore left toe where I kicked the rock. Gently back down with blood dribbling down my legs. Passed some walkers who reacted in the classic British way by ignoring the blood and commenting on the weather.
