Much worked on MTB (new bottom bracket, rear bearing cleaned, gears indexed, rattles tightened). WHW to beyond Carbeth Rd, back to Strathblane, up through Craigallean past Boards, Khyber, Dougalston + home. Chilly but good to be on a less noisy bike.

Mosshead Maprun course (Short) in 20:29 and 4.5km (GPS distance). Probably ran faster than I should have done, but enjoyed it.

A different loop past Baldernock and back past the reservoirs. Cold and getting dark. Needed after a 5 Zoom call day.

Out WHW, up Rosies, through Craigallean and back down Khyber Pass and WHW. Freewheeling from the top of the Khyber as bottom bracket went from a bit noisy to hideously loose and noisy. People were turning to see what the noise was from a street away. Broken and embarrassing!
