Flow class with Sean. Fun! A huge rainbow came out during our sun salutation, so he made up a rainbow salutation.
We practiced "Side crane pose" legs only on one arm (Parsva Bekasana). I can do it on both sides, but it does not look so beautiful as on the following picture, my arms are more bend. Try! Support on the same arm as you turn your knees to.This teacher is crazy! My arms are still hurting from Sunday.
