Harriers at Millburn
Charlie wasnt there this week so we joined in with the Sprinter's group.
Circuits: 3sets of
press-ups - sit-ups - squat jumps - chinnies - squat thrusts - twist sit-ups - tricep dips - single leg step ups - high knees on the spot.
Then running drills for 10mins
Then hops and jumps for 10mins

Cats Back run from school
Really nice day if a bit windy (which made running uphill into the wind pretty tiring!) The snow that was still about at the side of the track on friday was vanished, although still some in the shady bits of fields near Loch Ussie, and a fair wee bit still on Cnoc A Bhreacaich and Wyvis.

Run round Spittal figure of 8 as soon as I was home from the AH maths weekend, although it was really quite dark especially in the forest.
