Middle race. Started off well but then quite scrappy after no 12 and a large mistake on 19. Pretty tricky course and last part was both physical and technical. A lot of slope O. Really enjoyed it and actually feel as though I have made quite a bit of improvement on this kind of terrain. Feeling a lot more confident on slopes but annoyed I became so scrappy towards the end. Didn't really have a very good strategy for focusing when I got tired so good that it threw that up now and something to work on. Was fun :)

Very short jog to start the day and clear head for races. Still felt exhausted at about 8.30 last night but another good nights sleep seems to have done the trick and feeling better again.

Bush sprint heat for final. Pretty straight forward course and by complete fluke very similar to the one course I planned last night on an old map. Mostly downhill which was good and pleased with how I executed the race. Qualified for the final, was fun :)

Final around Canberra Girls Grammar. Really cool area. Caught Tash at 2 but we took a few different routes and micro route choices so not running together really. Pleased with how I managed to stay focused on own race and stay ahead on the run in. Really fun :)

A good sleep last night and feeling much better. After a poor week of training stuck to a very easy jog, some sprints and lots of stretching.
