My first real hockey training. It was awesome! All the girls were complaining about how hard it was but I liked that we were pushed hard. We did lots of drill and in between then we did pushups and sprints. :-)

Stayed at home today because I wasn't feeling good. Slept till 1:30 this afternoon. Must have been tired, I think I got 16hrs or something..:-)

Slide hockey, awesome fun. We forgot about the rules and everything was going everywhere. I scored 2 goals :-D

A run up a long steep hill from my place then home. Walked the 2.5km with mum again because she wanted to.

Pilates but then I got sick of it so I did my physio exersises. Then did some stretches which felt really good after the weekends running. Ah heaps of assignments/ SA's ect ect

Today I was more focused and the openish bush made it easier to maximize running, which was awesome just being able to run. Having Michele by my side pretty much all the way made my concentration slip but I didn't follow her up the wrong gully on no.4 hehe. Although at no.6 I totally forgot about no.7 and went straight to 8, extremely frustrating seeing as I was ending up for an alright time. Apart from mping I really liked enjoyed it. :-)
