COC Ultimate Orienteer, Frenchman Spring. Fun course, felt long. Didn't have quite the drive/focus as yesterday (felt a bit sloppy in places). But, was still really enjoyable orienteering and a great day out. Made a couple-minute mistake on #10, stopped early and started searching boulders, otherwise pretty clean. 6th place, 16 min behind Adam Woods.

Pig War at Frenchman Spring near Vantage, WA. Super fun orienteering on a nice, warm spring day. Felt good. Fairly flat terrain and was able to push along without my hr getting too high. 7th place, 5 min behind Adam Woods.

Really nice morning ski at LH. Still fast and crisp so great skate skiing. 30 k Loppet course (plus an add-on to do Whoopee).

Afternoon ski at LH. A bit soft in the warmth, but still really good skiing. Great tracks in the south/central, but not so good to the north where it hasn't been groomed in a while. Good grip with K22/Toko Orange mix. Glide ok.

Morning skate ski on the lake before work. Great skiing, from the Wharf to Canoe Beach and back. Was surprisingly cold though, struggled to keep my hands warm.
