Nice ride out to S Canoe and around the usual trails (XCut, P2, Prudential, Bear, Flipside, KC). Nice riding, but warm afternoon.

Afternoon run with Phil. Did some hill intervals. Legs were a bit tired, so didn't push them too hard though. Sure was nice to swim at Canoe Beach afterward.

Nice afternoon paddle on Shuswap Lake with Abbi. Start/finish at Sunnybrae Park, paddled around Tappen bay.

Hill bounding at Silver Slope (Mt Ida). Really steep up to start (ski walking), then 3x7 min zone 3 a bit further up on the ATV trail that isn't so steep. Back down on the single-track. Decent workout. A bit wet and trails are a bit grown in.

Hike at Zoa Peak on the way home with A & T. Nice to explore a new area as we haven't hiked Coquihalla before. A pretty easy hike and not the greatest of views from the top as it never fully opened up. But, nice enough nonetheless. A few other people at the parking lot, but none on the trail to the top.
