Road Bike 4:37:00 [4] 102.0 km (2:43 / km) +1350m 2:33 / km

Aviemore 100. (2.21 for road section, 2.16 for mountain bike). Grim from start to finish, cold and pissing it down, got cold within the first few miles and gradually got colder , fingers stopped working so couldn' t change gear or feed myself. Had to get a Marshall to help me change at transition, warmed up a little on the moutain bike but still cold to the core. Not the most enjoyable day on the bike.
