One silly mistake (3 minutes tho) , apart from that OK, felt slightly sluggish. Wasn't technically difficult, just lost concentration coming out of a fast open area back into the streets.

Got a bit waylaid over the back of tibradden to start with... Got back onto the ridge trail through the trees, over to two rock and back. Pleasant sunny /windy evening.

I guess this was a good cardio session.
