from km8 to km9 along schüttelstraße, damn windy and had some gusts to get through- felt like standing on the last short ascent up the bridge with the heavy blowing wind, awesome experience:)

Austrian 10k Championships in Vienna
going just by feeling and wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and running quicker than usual. first 5k in 17:34 with feeling relaxed and then continuing to run relaxed into more wind, no fighting or pushing when it should have been!
enjoying and activating the legs for tomorrow was more important than destroying them;)
