Around the streets in the north of the city, some of which are surprisingly good to ride. Only realised how strong the breeze was once I turned back into it, not helped by the fact that I was heading up to Springburn Park at the time (highest point in the city). Lovely evening aside from that.
Running 15:00 [2]
Around the park at a slightly higher pace than previous attempts. Ankle OK at the time, but still getting burning sensation around the ankle bone post-training. Not sure what this is, but not prepared to do more substantial runs until it stops occurring.
Cycling 1:05:00 [3]
Out to the Mains Estate and back, stopping off at the Clyde evening event. Outward route via the Balmore roundabout ending with a bit of a climb up from Milngavie. Nice downhill run home through Bearsden.
