gah ridiculous you should have seen the map. so hilly its not funny
my runners legs didn't enjoy riding up hills much, so i struggled the whole way. plus i made some errors, plus the trails were so rocky that it was hard to go up, slow to come down so you didn't lose control grrr.
anyway i did crap and was happy to finish

sigh i prefer foot o so much more. National round 1 at sunny corner. Got smashed by the other m20e oh well

first 2 were pretty good. the other 3 were rubbish.
and thats about all there is to say
too tired to bother with a warm down, just walked home

park o final. ran alright, legs were a bit sore from yesty. made some tiny tiny errors and my flow towards the end was a bit rubbish. wasn't a fan of the long legs, became a running contest. josh got me by 12 secs and steve got me by about 30secs. oh well

much pain on the long ones, legs were burning. didn't feel very well at uni today but was feeling fine when i started this. by the end was feeling not well again. heaps of girls around doing crazy fitness stuff (netball teams i think). i was impressed, some of the stuff they were doing looked painful

win of the day; the guy i saw at uni wearing a shirt that said "Hooch is crazy..." hahaha
