Canoeing on Derwent Water from Nichol End and then the obligatory huge scone :-) Glorious weather.

13 mins of arm cycling (smirk) but did it standing up so reckoned that was about 3 extra calories!! Plus some hardcore core, h/s, arm work etc.

Including 10 x 50m off 65 secs.

No Anniversary Waltz fell race for me, obviously. The delights of the gruffalo trail, play park trail and a lot of hanging about trying to keep warm and trying to keep an eye on 8 children.

Too much sitting down in the last 2 days = h/s more sore.

It has to be really manic at work for me to miss my exercise session :-(

Physio in the evening (promising) followed by 2 hours of sitting at orchestra (sore).

6am technique swim sesh with the Tri club. Silly o'clock!! But worth it. Focus on breathing this week.
