After spending the morning swimming I had to drag myself off the sofa for this one. Run around the woods opposite the house and behind the High School incase I got too knackered and needed to stop.

Marshalling all morning (from 9am until 2pm) for the Great Stirling Castle Run, followed by watching the International XC (Men's and Relays) at King's Park. Feet were killing me by the time I got home. To knackered to do any "real" training.
