Lovely run down the river from work and then around Calder Wood. Didn't have an O map with me but remembered all sorts of bits of it. Warm with a little drizzle. Felt pretty good TBH.

High effort run from the house. Trying pretty hard for this. 50 mins of pain. Stupid HRM strap (or watch) playing silly buggers again so used the crappy wrist HRM.
