Absolutely chucking it with rain for the first hour or so and I got soaked from the lorry spray going over Clackmannanshire Bridge. It stopped raining as I was going along the canal towards Linlithgow but then I kept getting wet going though puddles. A bacon roll and a cup of tea from the van before heading into the office.

Achilles really bad again today. Admitting defeat again. No idea why they were fine for a week at the 6 days. It can't really be all psychosomatic as I can find bits on both legs that when I prod it's flipping agony.
