Gentle run around the back of the prison after a long afternoon shopping. Great to feel the sting of nettles and thistles on my legs again...it's been too long!!!

A bit tired from last nights massive PB (no not really....thanks Spongey)....and a bit gutted to miss the Harvester....Go FVO

Walk over to the running track then a run with a stop for stretching. Walked back.Left ankle stiff to start wth but eased off. Achilles noticeable but not really sore.

Flip me an actual run..... Gentle jog around Tulliallan on the grass/tracks to test out my Achilles. A bit achy but nothing "sore". No after effects either....onwards & upwards (although not the Black Rock 5 or Harvester this weekend). Might go for a run at Kinnoull Hill though!!

Aborted bike ride in the sunshine. Gears were all to pot (new cables etc. fitted last week) and the new bottom bracket was all loose & wobbly. Also, there was no athletics (who knew?) so I had to go home anyway to let Lucy in. Painted the bedroom wall instead!!
