Fossway with a few 400s at tempo thrown in. Tried to meet with Pete but due to incompetence we both didn't make it on time so headed off into deepest Wallsend.

Didn't really enjoy the climb back up to Byker but went quick enough.

Tired after the weekend.

Looking forward to this and it delivered in the main with some pretty nice although occasionally heavy terrain.
Decent orienteering making what felt like good decisions in the main though a little bit worse towards the end once I tired.

Re running my Boc 2008 course after eventually arriving up north.
Felt OK but no real push a lot better than 15year old me racing but still 1/2 mistakes.

Finished work at 1am and only made it to Penrith before needing to stop and sleep.

To assembly and the start then back from the finish. Tired.

Scottish Night Orienteering Champs.

Started decently then the mistakes came then the legs fell off.
1 bigger mistake where I just couldn't work out what happened despite ending up at the next control
