Down to Newburn for the race ticking off a few streets on Whickham Bank I didn't manage the other night. Quick stop in at Blaydon then across Scotswood Bridge

Good Friday Relays

Never ran this before due to the JK but it was really good fun.

Set off just behind the first group, maybe a touch fast in 3:03! Then gradually fell back a little though still ran 9:56 for 3km so pretty happy with that.

Back from Good Friday Relays clearing up some streets in Blaydon and the last parts of Whickham Bank

Had to nip in to the office so went out for a third run in the sun along the railway line to Wallsend and back.
Possibly the straw that broke the camels back. Haven't really eaten all day to compound matters but reduced to a shuffle towards the end with a few little walks

Along the quayside with John at lunch, pitstop at the EA and then bumped in to a mate on the way back with a little #ESS on the quayside filling in a gap.

Feeling good after lethargy the last few days.
