easy, Afton Alps trails 25km loop (3,200 ft). Great to get out to Afton for the first time since the fall. Still snow on the ski hills and the lifts are open, so no single track through the alps yet, but the state park is snow free for sure.
good sign of fitness considering this was easy and last year I would typically do this loop in 2:00-2:04ish

felt smooth. actually felt better and smoother doing the faster stuff than the easy stuff. Weird.

a renewed energy of sorts now that the weather is warmer and the days longer. No snow anymore, warm, and just all around more pleasurable running that's for sure.
