Hurts mildly but constantly while walking. But doesn't stiffen after sitting on metro.
I am going to try swimming w leg float to avoid knee movement

Hiking in RC with Andy. Knee hurts on hills when just walking
My knee consistently hurts when walking and most when getting up after sitting for a while.
However my theory is that it's actually gotten better over the week but a hurts because the hamstrings are tight and pulling at it
Did an aggressive stretching and movement session.
