2.5 loops in Kings Park, up the hill twice. Nice in the sunshine but still cool coming down the hill. Just an easy ride to remember how to ride the bike after a couple of weeks break :-)

New exercises and lots more up body work. Also did all the glute stuff too so a fairly intense session learning this lot! Exhausted. Expect shoulders to be sore tomorrow.

Physio - knee stiff but not sore, left knee feeling better too. New program to practice/learn on Wednesday and then need to conquer it o get more overall strength and some further knee mobility.

A bit of a kerfuffle trying to get an earlier start time, which ended up being only 11 minutes earlier...and it was freezing waiting.
Did OK after drifting on the first one - still thinking 1:15 scale I think and had to pull myself up and say - hmm there is the dam! Very physical area and knees very sore by the end which slowed me down a lot on the last running legs. OK day just not as fast as I could have been. Quite pleased with my contouring efforts despite some small wobbles.

A nice gentle course but my mistake of how to get down the cliffs - the gap was not really the best way round and it drew me into the pointless checking of the wrong control, which I knew was my number 6 not number 5. Doh! This saw me pipped into second place - or last place depending on if you read up or down the extensive list of entrants in W35AS.
