Did a spin warm up and stretching at the end and lots of cardio and glute stuff. And finally after months got a gold star for my plank.

short ride window today with work and orienteering commitments so just out to the stadium and return. Solid into the wind on the way back but at least the sun was out and it was warmer than this morning.
