Zur 5, 6, 10 und 18 jeweils 10s verloren. Meistens inkonsequente Routenausführung und falsche Routenwahl. Ich hätte gedacht zur 7 auch Zeit verloren zu haben, rechtsrum meines Erachtens schneller, hab da aber kaum Zeit verloren.

Die Intervalle und das Eis vorher gemerkt, daher auch läuferisch nicht am Optimum.
