District relay champs at Hämeenlinna. We won H45 class (the one and only team from our district). Running was better than yesterday, but still not that good. Mistakes at 2 and 3. Otherwise ok navigation.

Preparing myself for Sprint Super Weekend at 25.-27.8. My plan is to run sprint in Espoo on Friday, sprint in Jyväskylä on Saturday and douple sprint at Helsinki on Sunday. On top of that there are three additional sprint races on that weekend. Grazy schedule.

1000 m, 800 m and 800 m with Jenni and some additional running partly with kids.
