Another 5 x 1min on trails in the wood. New shoes!

2 laps of the red route at Glenlivet. Tough! Legs pretty goosed after one lap but ground out another one. Good fun. Foot a bit achey with all the rattling on the downhills but OK when riding.

Wee ride from home down old spey road, across to Ballindalloch then Glenlivet, Bridge of Brown, nethy then home. Tough! Started with a heavy rain/hail shower but better after that. legs struggling a bit on the hills and felt like a grind all the way. longest ride in a while though so need a few more of them!
