Wasnt planning on doing anything today but was such a nice evening i couldnt resist. Did a different loop around the golfcourse, been getting a bit bored of the other direction. Glad i went bit did feel a bit sluggish. (probably after such a big dinner)

Didnt feel that great jogging up before, only went because we were having a parkrun party after at annas. Started off quite slow just chatting to the others then sped up a bit but didnt feel great. Still a bit ill so couldnt breath properly. Worth it for the bacon sandwiches after though.

Started a bit later again and felt so rubbish running yesterday thought i might as well go swimming again. Did 87654321 alternating free and breast. Then 5x100m hard. Then 6x75m free kick. Then 3x200m free pull. Got a lane to myself as well for a lot of it :)

The sun came out again so thought id make the most of it and go for a run. Achilles really ached the whole way round so had to keep stopping to stretch them so wasnt running that well.

Missed swimming the last couple of weeks so got up early and went before lectures. Pretty busy in the pool but was in a faster lane so wasnt held up. Did 400m to watm up then 12x100m free. Then some breastroke but cant remember what.
