Feeling a bit tired, so was hoping to just do a bit easy and not too hard, but after feeling pretty good on the first interval, figured I could improve on the second interval by running the first minute a bit quicker. Thought maybe I could PB on the last and was actually quite close, with 7 seconds off. So ended up being a really good session!
