Run after work up the dun mt and down McTrackface. Had a bad crash coming down. Is it a crash if you are running or a fall? I managed to achieve the running equivalent of going over the handlebars and ended up quite a way down the bank in some bushes. It was all quite rocky and nasty and I limped home covered in blood :(

Was going to go for an easy spin on the road bike but then it started raining.
Achieved lots of life admin tasks instead

Long run with Dave from home up to Coppermine and over the tops via Rocks Hut and down into the Hackett. Awesome run on a beautiful day. Generally just cruising at an easy pace. Testing out the new pack, seemed ok but definitely harder work with lots of water in it making it heavy (so I drained the water at Tangy Tree). Met Naomi and Lisa just below Browning hut for the shuttle ride home.
Dave was slack and met me at four corners so I was struggling for a bit at the start with him being all fresh.
Fairly rough along the top so not a lot of running going on. It was good to be able to get the legs going again down the last 9ish k.
So nice and warm and sunny. Running in shorts and Swordfox top all day :)
