DHL-relay in Frognerparken. 4x4 km with Mikael, Ivar, me, and Mathias. Pretty tired after 2 km, but finished the last 500m decently I think. We were 6th overall about 2 mins back. Mathias in a good time of 13:46. Nice sunny day and a good atmosphere in the arena afterwards.
