Orienteering 53:00 [2]

Regular O course with #EuroFlop at Illharjen. First time on this map and it had some really open, awesome terrain but also some summer thick semi-open areas. Good session for #EF, but I twisted my right foot again and it is pretty sore. Ibuprofen and lots of tape will be needed for next week...;-(

Race Wednesday and the best one so far, hung on all the way to Lemonville. Good way to end first part of the bike season, will be more running and o-ing now for a month.

Rail trail with Tarno and Hammer. A bit of a push at the end trying to catch the guy in the jellow yersey.

With Adria. Same route as Saturday.

With #EuroFlop and cousin Sean. BT and then 3 Nancy, 5 Franken, a few minutes of sprint and then 7 Rez stairs. Short but good.
