Ran easy the first 1hr50 then sped up a little more on the contour/rock map for the last 3km

Chilled did every other control for first half then I shodowed him on the "Down hill sprint" course

After I finished with Jakob I quickly planned a short control pick on 1:5000 contour rock only map. But I needed to be quick as the sun was going down!

Running in shorts for the first time in 2019!

All fun and games until... Penny ran at a wild boar, that ran back at her. They both ran towards me and then I ran at the boar shouting loudly. The boar then ran into the forest followed by its mates.

Dropped the car off at the garage so ran east from there towards Dalskog then home.

Mostly terrain and trails with some orienteering
