Måsensstaffet 2nd leg

Georg on 1st, he ran well! and I set off at the with a group and more people punching the finish as I got the map. but after 2-3 controls I was in the front of the group (simon hector ran away) and didnt have anyone to run with until 10 or 11 where it was heavy gaffling and lots of short legs so did my own thing.

Im pretty happy with how I did here, wasnt feeling 100% physcially good

thought a lot about toni's 95%

Feeling tired before but taking it pretty easy.

pretty good orienteering, lost concentration and rushed plan and direction leaving no6 but it was good to get instant feedback. I remember thinking "oh fuck ive not planned this properly or set my compass" then lost 50sec.

apart from that im pretty pleased

Note

Didn't plan a total day off but the tree work was longer and tougher than expected, felt tired all day. When I got home I passed out for 2.5hrs so must have been needed a day off running
