Sprint at Papanui high school, feeling a bit out of practise, made couple of stupid mistakes here and there. Also got confused when we got into the middle of shot put practise, then got stung by a bee or wasp on the back of the neck all within the space of 30 seconds. Pulled it mostly together at the end. Struggled a bit with my punching unlike Sunday...
