Orienteering 58:46 intensity: (27:10 @3) + (27:00 @4) + (4:36 @5) *** 6.17 km (9:32 / km) +225m 8:03 / km
spiked:12/18c shoes: Inov8 X-Talons 220

Random errors. Did not think I was right at 3. Went away then checked number. # 6 a disaster confused by the paths and animal tracks. Went up hill too early then thought I was past the control. Minor error at 7 should have aimed off to the path so had to back track. 16 bumbling around in the undergrowth. Should have picked the attack point at the dark veg and the path.

Aiming for 28 minutes. Thought I just made it at the finish by 3 seconds. But I actually did 26:57. My maths is rubbish at the end of 5km!
