4 PM

Stairs (40 Floors) 15:00 [4]

Taking the stairs 2 at a time is much faster. 1:12 for 10 floors vs 1:25+ for 10 floors 1 stair at a time. Definitely harder on the legs.

Note

Despite being a bit stressful I had a good weekend. My first experience at helping with an A-meet and directing a meet with a good crowd. Learned a ton and would like to help start planning the next A-meet while the experience is still fresh.

I'm glad I got to race on Friday and Saturday. But I'm wondering if my two big mistakes on Saturday weren't partially due to being tired and not totally focussed. Not makeing excuses, just something to watch for and or be aware of next time.

Sunday went by so fast. There was so much to take in. Having that many participants really makes all the work seem worthwhile. My only regret is not being at the finish line when the first finishers started coming in.

I'm still really tired today. Feels about like it does after a 24 hour AR.

Sunday Mar 7

Note

A-meet is over. Everything went well. I'm whupped.
