Parkrun Lower Hutt. Laps 5:24, 5:09, 5:07, 5:17, 4:59 with an extra 5sec somewhere. No wind, 3min shwr early on

Mapping the cycle trail alongside the Kapiti Expressway. Raumati Sth to Peka Peka and via PP Beach to Waikanae Beach for coffee (30min break), then back onto the cycleway via the W riverbank which has been under water recently. There's quite a bit more around Coastlands, resulting from no work there for ages.

Khandallah to Jville, up Kaukau and back to K. Held back by light but nearly kept up with the group - except down the rooty and steppy descent.
