Karabah HS. Robbed by another unregister at 17. This was the flip control and I know I went there because I ran from 17 to 12, following the leg line that was actually 11 to 12 (11 and 17 were the same control), When I got to 12, thinking it was 18, I started looking for 19 on the map, but after a few seconds realised that I was looking at the wrong side. Flipped the map over and saw nothing at where I was (12) but then saw 17 to 18, which was quite near 12, so recovered (I thought).
Also got sucked in to the trap at 23 (no through way), so back around (-30 seconds).
Winsplits - lost 10secs at the start looking at the wrong side of the map; lost 30 seconds not understanding how to get to the upper level and going up the wrong stairs (B not A); had trouble getting back down to 13 (-10 secs); losing 15 seconds at the map flip incident; More trouble upstairs as I headed towards 17 from 31 instead of 32 (-10); and ran down the blocked stairs from 32 (-25). So all up 1:30 lost.

PS looks like some of the units aren't synced - 2/3 and 4/5 at least (unless Ewan can really run 75m in 2 seconds) and 14/15 (Ewan and others got a negative split)
Good news is no R calf pain.
