Went better than expected. Never really got close to organ rearrangement speed as planned. No melty face.
Been pretty down on the whole training thing since SS, but this session has got me totally motivated again.

Almost half an smt. Felt the grass doing it's thing so headed home once the 'pack' turned up headwaters.
Correct decision, sneezing kicked in 10 mins later at the top of K2. A slow plod home from there.
Garmin went AWOL after.

Was drowning in pinnies, so headed out to clear my head and collect the ribbons from Wednesday.
Decided to try and do it under 45, which it soon seemed would be easy - so upped it to 40. Comfortably under.
Legs feeling surprisingly heavy for such an easy couple of weeks.
