A slight reprieve from the previous day's winds and rain during a circuitous tour of Fanshawe Lake today. Leanimal, Goose, and I faced many obstacles in our jaunt with water levels being 2 - 3 m higher than normal. We trespassed, we bushwhacked, we got wet...but complete the run we did, triumphantly! My legs were just about shot by the end...

At the chiro in Orillia for 2.5 hours - got some new things to work on. To test out some of the things he was saying, I got on the trainer to work on technique.
